প্রিয় HSC শিক্ষার্থী বন্ধু, এই মডেল Theme গুলো কখনোই মুখস্ত করার জন্য নয়। বরং কবিতাটির Theme বুঝার জন্য। The Traffic Police poem এর কয়েকটি Theme নিচে দেয়া হল। কবিতাটি তোমাদের বইয়ের Unit 2, Lesson 3 এ বিদ্যমান।
Model Theme 1 (Level : Easily Suitable for Most HSC Students)
Dutifulness and responsibilities of a traffic policeman is the main theme of the poem “The Traffic Police”. In this poem, the policeman says that he carries out his duty regardless of the weather being good or bad, sunny or rainy. Whether his head aches or cars hurt does not matter to him because he cares for the people’s safety first and foremost. He knows that a moment of his heedlessness can cause fatal accidents. So he remains vigilant and stands erect like a fiddle just to serve the people on the road. Thus the poem portrays the joys and sorrows of a traffic policeman.
Model Theme 2 (Level : High Performing Students)
The main theme of the poem is the responsibilities performed by a traffic police amidst numerous setbacks and considerable dangers in the execution of his duty. A traffic police has to carry out his tasks at the centre of chaotic roads and reckless vehicles to ensure the safety and security of people. He stands firm and vigilant, facing bitter rain, blistering heat and constant threats of accident. Though his job is soul-tiring, sweat-jerking and often life-endangering, only few people acknowledge and fathom the ineffable sacrifices he makes for us.
প্রিয় শিক্ষার্থী বন্ধু, তুমি পরীক্ষায় লেখার জন্য অবশ্যই এগুলো মুখস্ত করবে না, বরং, এগুলো পড়ে নিজের মত করে একটি লিখবে। প্রয়োজনে, বাসায় নিজের মত করে লিখে সেটি শিক্ষককে দেখাবে। তারপর সেটি সংশোধন করে পরীক্ষায় লিখবে। কিন্তু কখনোই, অন্যের লেখা হুবহু লিখবে না। এতে তোমার মেধা বিকাশের পথ শুরুতেই রুদ্ধ হয়ে যাবে।
